While I have never experienced this showcase I can say it draws people in from all over California. The three day event offers up the best in vintage cars with an abundance of activities. June 7^th marks
the start of the 10^thAnnual Peggy Sue’s All American Car Cruise…

Cruising, Poker Runs, Vendor Displays, hot acts and not to mention a “Chili and Pasta cook-off & Beer and Wine Tasting”! Starting at 5:00 pm, the 8^th Annual cook-off offers up Sonoma’s best chili, not to mention over 500 beautiful cars to explore on Friday June 8^th , admission is $30.00 at the Gate. Official cruise night is Saturday, the 9^th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. SonomaCounty’s largest car show is a must if you love vintage cars, good food and spirits and excellent entertainment.

Do you have a hotrod, roadster or restored antique cars? If you do, then you can register to participate in this Santa Rosa Event. Classics from the early 1900’s will be seen all over Santa Rosa. Go ahead, take a peak under the hood and take a trip back in time, we will be waiting for you. If you do not wish to register your car you can watch all the action throughout the event and get an up close peak at what’s under the hood for only $10.00 on Saturday June 9^th and $6.00 on Sunday June 10^th. Peruse the rows of shiny restored classics…is there a better way to treat your Dad on Father’s Day!

If classic cars are not up your ally…how about some Grammy Award winning music? Higher Version, a one day event that offers up the hottest
touring grassroots and reggae musicians.

The line-0up is amazing, the message is superb. The event is focused on developing environmental awareness with keynote speakers that will dive into sustainable living and green economies. The one day event is packed with organic food purveyors, environmental education and 2012 World Music Grammy Winners. I am hoping to attend…will you? The event takes place at the Sonoma County
Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa this Saturday, June 6^th.
